MutualFund.ca ("we") collects the minimum personal information needed to run the service, in accordance with PIPEDA.

What we collect

• Account data — email, name, hashed password.
• Content you create — portfolio entries and Genie conversations (used to provide those features; portfolio data is shared with our AI provider only when you, as a Genie+ member, use portfolio-aware answers).
• Forms — messages you send via contact/advertise/advisor forms.
• Payments — handled entirely by Stripe; we never see or store card numbers.
• Technical — standard server logs and a session cookie required for login. No third-party ad trackers.

What we do with it

Operate the site, answer your messages, process memberships, and send the newsletter you signed up for (unsubscribe anytime). We do not sell or rent personal information.

Service providers

Hosting (GoDaddy), payments (Stripe), AI processing (Anthropic) — each receives only what's necessary to perform its function.

Your rights

Ask us anytime to access, correct, or delete your data: contact us. Deleting your account removes your portfolios and conversations.
